If you are a business with employees you know how important it is to make sure that the paperwork is correct and produced on time. Using an 8020 expert makes sense and will avoid unnecessary problems and errors.

We can provide our payroll service to clients on a stand-alone basis or as part of a wider bookkeeping service. We use sage 50 Payroll as our standard service but can also work with other software as the client requires.

As a payroll client you will receive

  • Advice on the structuring and workings of your payroll system.
  • Printed payslips for distribution (or they can be distributed direct to staff on your behalf)
  • Maintenance of your HMRC forms – eg P45;P46; P9’s etc
  • P11D – benefits in kind returns
  • Statutory reports for your personnel records
  • Due Payment reminders for settlement with HMRC
  • Payroll reports and analysis for your records
  • Summary payroll data for posting to your accounting records
  • Annual Payroll returns

Our service will be priced on the basis of number of pay runs and number of employees and the complexity of the data to be included in the pay calculations. Please speak to your local 8020 Finance Director who will be happy to give you a quote for your business.
